Large construction projects like the Riccarton and Shirley malls illustrate an aspect of John Jones Steel operations, but they aren't the whole story. We also fabricate the vast majority of steel beams for domestic buildings in Christchurch, because we provide builders with an unbeatable service. Operating from the builders own measurements, taken when he is ready to install the beam, we select steel from our stocks to fabricate and deliver as required to best meet the builders needs. Houses have grown bigger and so have the beams, so we've invested in a long-reach Hiab truck as well, to position the beam exactly where it's needed.

The result: A perfect fit every time, no hold-ups and no messing around.
